Cut-N-Carry® 4 & 6-Board Systems

Minimize cross-contamination with Cut-N-Carry® cutting boards from San Jamar.  The preferred choice of chefs throughout the world, Cut-N-Carry® cutting boards have a patented Food Safety Hook designed to prevent cross-contamination from hands and clothing while carrying, and provide a safe and sanitary method for drying and storage.  Cut-N-Carry® boards are made from a premium co-polymer material that is extremely durable yet gentle on knives.  NSF Certified Cut-N-Carry® boards are designed to stand up to continual commercial dishwashing and will not warp.  Cut-N-Carry® 4 & 6-Board Systems include basic HACCP color boards and a customizable color-coding chart.
