The Partnership for Food Safety Education (PFSE)

United States Department of Agriculture: Food Safety and Inspection Service
The public health agency in the U.S. Department of Agriculture responsible for ensuring that the nation's commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg product is safe, wholesome, and correctly labeled and packaged. http://www.fsis.usda.gov/index.asp

FDA Food Code
The FDA publishes the Food Code, a reference of FDA's best advice for a uniform system of regulation to ensure that food at retail is safe and properly protected and presented. Integrated Food Safety Information Delivery System

National Food Service Management Institute

The Food Standards Agency of the UK
